able to develop overall strength and flexibility via a varied
programme specifically tailored to my needs – an ongoing
programme that is fun, rewarding and gets results, because

and I would like to thank Shaun for this training. We have
been attending regular sessions for the last month and are
reaping the benefits. Our trousers are bigger, or our waists
are slimmer our diets have improved. I have done a
huge amount of training from regional, universality athletics,
rugby, to low standard Sunday league football and have not
yet come across a man who can so effectively/coax a performance
from me.
Josie is revelling in her “natural talent”
as a boxer. Something I’m a little afraid of. She has
done very little in terms of serious sport, I blame her parents,
and always avoided crunches. Shaun however, has her doing
homework every night. Still waiting for
the rumpy pumpy he promises but I am sure like all his other
promises, this will happen. Not over night, but by combined
